Dan Maydeck, President and CEO at Haynes Family of Programs for the Development of Children has over 21 years experience working with special needs children and over 31 years experience in senior management positions. 

Prior to coming to Haynes Family of Programs, Mr. Maydeck served as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Kayne ERAS Center located in Culver City, California where he orchestrated a number of successful program expansions, increased program service hours and initiated substantial fiscal improvements.  Mr. Maydeck is a strategic thinker who truly cares about the needs, hopes and dreams of the children served.
