Tampa Bay Times Reports Parents of Children with Disabilities Turn to Social Media to Resolve Dispute

In an article dated September 27, 2014, written by Marlene Sokol, describes a number of families who have turned to social media (Facebook, etc) as a way to resolve differences with their school districts when other negotiations have failed. One parent describes a 5 hour response time before the School Principal called her to discuss possible resolution.
