Background

Wayne is the Executive Director of Child Counseling & Behavior Therapy Clinic. CCBTC is a nonpublic agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis based services. Wayne is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 35 years of experience in the field of Autism. His start in the field of ABA began as an undergraduate student studying under the late Dr. O Ivar Lovaas, considered one of the pioneers and leaders in the treatment of Autism.

He is an active member of the California Consortium for Behavior Analysis. He has been President and Treasurer, sits on the business committee, and has worked on several task groups. He just termed off the  North Los Angeles County Regional Center Vendor Advisory Committee and Strategic Planning Committee.  Wayne has consulted nationally to families, school districts, day programs, residential treatment facilities, and television and motion picture productions.
