About Children's Workshop

Children's Workshop is a California Department of Education certified nonpublic, non-sectarian school that is part of The Institute for Effective Education's family of schools. The school is SEVP-Certified and can enroll foreign students who qualify for I-20 status. The Children's Workshop serves approximately 60 young children with autism and other related disorders.  The school is committed to the implementation of only research-validated practices.  Most methods are aligned with the science of applied behavior analysis and the educational research supporting Direct Instruction.  All students receive intensive instruction delivered by highly skilled and committed professionals and paraprofessionals.
