Background

Adrienne Kessler is Chief Executive Officer of Speech and Language Development Center where she has served since 2016. She brings over 20 years of expertise in for-profit, non-profit and public school sectors serving individuals with autism and related disorders ages 18 months to more than 50 years old. Her early career was marked as a clinician under the direction of NPAs such as CARD and Lovaas Institute. Throughout her career, she has served in progressive leadership roles designing district wide educational and therapy programs for students with Autism and related disorders from early intervention through transition for school districts in Orange County. She lead the development of autism therapy services for the largest non-profit ABA provider in the country building from the ground up, spanning five counties under her direct leadership and serving more than 1500 individuals during her tenure at Easter Seals Southern California as Regional Vice President. She currently serves on local school site council committees in Orange County and is committed to ensuring all student’s abilities are met with quality education programs.
