Dan Maydeck, President and CEO at Haynes Family of Program (formerly LeRoy Haynes Center) takes the lead as CAPSES President for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 fiscal years, succeeding Chris Holmes.  Dan has over 21 years experience woking with special needs children and over 31 years in senior management positions.  Prior to Haynes Family of Programs, he served as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Kayne-ERAS Center located in Culver City, California where he orchestrated a number of successful program expansions, increased program service hours and initiated substantial fiscal improvements.  Mr. Maydeck is a strategic thinker who truly cares about the needs, hopes and dreams of the children he serves.
