The CAPSES 2016 Spring Conference is scheduled for March 28, 2016.  The date coincides with the Los Angeles Unified School District's pupil free day.  School and Agency Administrators in the Los Angeles area are encouraged to schedule this day as a staff development day at the CAPSES Spring Conference.
