ART CONTEST
Winners are chosen from each region in two age groups: Elementary / Middle School & High School
Submissions deadline: Friday, March 17, 2017
March 31, 2017, in Pasadena, CA
Rules and submission information:
Entrants must be students enrolled at a CAPSES member school at the time of artwork submission.
All entries must be two-dimensional, no smaller than 6 inches by 6 inches, and no larger than 24 inches by 24 inches.
All entries must be original, student-generated pieces.
For email submission, send a JPEG or BMP image to info@capses.
Include the following details on the back of each submission:
- dimensions of the artwork
- student's age
- student's name (first name only)
- student's date of birth
- student's grade
- name of CAPSES School/Agency
If the student's artwork is chosen as an award recipient, send the full piece by regular mail within three days of notification. All winners’ artwork will be framed and displayed in the CAPSES office in Sacramento for one year and will receive an award certificate and a $25 gift certificate. Winning submissions are to be mailed unframed and unmatted to:
